I love hearing stories about how people found a box full of old family photos in an attic. Generations documented in black and white. I love looking at old photos of my grandparents and great-grandparents. It’s amazing how much alike we all look at the same age. In the same breath, I also have a […]

Dinner time. Y’all, can I be honest? It has been the worst! In my motherhood journey for the past 6 years, I have found dinner to be the hardest time of day despite the age of my kids. That tends to be the baby’s “witching hour,” a toddler’s most exhausting time of the day, and […]

the kids, my business, the home, and everything in Between.... here's some tips on how I am doing it
Shop Sony A7iii
Let me start by saying that all brands of cameras are fantastic. I've shot with them all... including Nikon since I was 16 years old. I went mirrorless in 2020 and wanted to try Sony for the first time. I'm blown away by the precision of the focus, y'all! It's so sharp and accurate.
Shop this lens
When I shot Nikon, my favorite lens was always the 24-70 2.8. Now that I shot Sony... my favorite lens is still the 24-70 2.8. 😂 It never comes off my camera body.
Order SD cards
SD cards seem like a minor thing... until it's unreliable. The SadDisk Extreme PRO SD cards have yet to fail me. The recording seep keeps up with my "trigger happy" self and never once have I had any issues. These are a must-have for anyone with a camera. Plus they are super affordable.
Let's face it... it's hard.
Until now!
